You know how all the newer cars are coming out with OnStar some ballony @#%$ on how it can give u directions when traveling and such for old people? Well since this OnStar product has brought into market most cars stolen with this device have easily been recovered. Why? GPS ( GLOBAL POSTIONING SYSTEM ) or something of the nature can be tracked either with DMV or with Authority permission some one can get a hold of your license plate # or VIN simple get access to the system and it can be tracked down with GPS through satellite if it hasnt been destroyed. Yes it seems Obsurd but this is not only used for Vehicle Recovery the goverment uses it for many other things.. So really if u think u have privacy 
doubt your doubts! Ive search the net for issue on ONstart some say it is built into the engine some how im not sure how it can be unsembled... thats enough for now... but watch out what u touch because now a days eyes are all over.
